4 years ago I dreamed of having solar. I wanted to help in any way because my kilns use allot of energy. Well here I am 4 years later and my solar has never worked correctly. I left a review on their page and I got a phone call from the main guy of the company. He told me it my fault and I should be happy about their services. I replied back so you are turning the tables on me telling me it my fault.He wouldn't let me off the phone until I agreed to change my review. So I said sure I will change it but if its not working after the next service the review will be even worse because of how you have talked to me over the phone. so I have 85 solar panels and I only made 500KWH of energy 30 days.  That is nuts because for the 3 months the system worked it was making 150KWH in a day. They have been out here a handful of times to get it running. but it works less and less each time. Then while doing research I found out the system that is on my house is the lowest grade of solar. blows my mind. so when I was on the phone with the CEO he was telling me how he's on a trip with his wife and they leave for weeks around their birthday to someplace fun and exotic. why would you tell a custom this. My electric bill was over 600$ this month and then Im paying 600$ in solar. Im just scrapping by. Today Feb 24 2023 they are coming out to work on the system. Lets see how the day goes.
I also have good news JRB want to look at new work. you have to keep pushing. you are your own advocate.
